AMPCS LTD was formed by Stephen Baldwin who has more than 27 years experience of working in the Near Infrared Industry. Stephen’s principal goal in setting up AMPCS Ltd was to provide the UK’s process operators of FOSS NIRSystems’ instruments with a highly cost-effective, reliable and responsive service for instrument repairs, servicing and upgrade together with customised preventative maintenance regimes.
We can supply laboratory and on-line solutions across all industries ranging from pharmaceutical, food agri, beverage and spirits manufacturing. Not being tied to any specific supplier or manufacturer we feel we are in the best position to offer and provide the best solution that meets your needs. In conjunction with our extensive experience in the specification, installation and on-going maintenance of systems’ hardware and operating applications, we also stock and supply a full range of consumable items at the most competitive prices.
Our experienced instrument hardware technicians are complemented by a team of applications engineers who have previously been long-standing users of FOSS products. They therefore have a detailed knowledge of the availability and workings of hardware and software systems, and a critical understanding of the requirements of operational demands and the value that FOSS products add to their customers’ business.
