Our Bronze Plan
- Service visits: 1 planned visit per year – includes maintenance kit, engineer’s labour charges and travel costs. *
- Call-out visits: Quick response times and reduced charges for travel and on-site labour. *
- Telephone support from our technical experts.
Our Silver Plan
- Service visits: 2 planned visits per year – includes maintenance kit, engineer’s labour charges and travel costs. *
- Call-out visits: Quick response times – maximum call-out time is 72 hours (Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00 excluding public holidays) but we aim, wherever possible, to contact you within the same day. Reduced charges for travel and on-site labour. *
- Telephone support from our technical experts.
Our Gold Plan
- Service visits: 2 planned visits per year – includes maintenance kit, engineer’s labour charges and travel costs. *
- Call-out visits: Quick response times – maximum call-out time is 48 hours (Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00 excluding public holidays) but we aim, wherever possible, to contact you within the same day. Includes all charges for travel and on-site labour. *
- Telephone support from our technical experts.
