RAPID ANALYSIS
The Rapeseed Processing Analyzer is fast, allowing for 100% measurement of incoming samples as well as processed products and by-products. Sample measurements take 30 seconds with little or no sample preparation. Operation of the analyzer is via touchsceen and intuitive operation software.

The Unity Scientific Corn Rapeseed Analyzer is based on the SpectraStar XT, the next generation high performance NIR analyzer based on the TRUE ALIGNMENT® Spectroscopy technology. The SpectraStar XT incorporates a rotating top window (RTW) system for the ultimate in sampling flexibility, allowing the customer to make measurements of all rapeseed meal and by-products. The SpectraStar XT’s quick analysis time provides real-time feedback that allows the process to be controlled, optimizing the process and providing rapid payback.
PRE-CALIBRATED
The Unity Rapeseed Processing Analyzer is available in two models: a Basic model with Unity calibrations for major constituent predictions on rapeseed processing samples or in a Deluxe model powered by the INGOT® calibration package from Aunir®. This package includes a full suite of calibrations for moisture, protein, oil, ash, crude fiber and more in rapeseed, rapeseed expeller, and rapeseed meal.
